RotaryQuiz currently offers all of its core content — including quizzes, articles, and educational resources — completely free of charge. As of the date of this policy, there are no paid subscriptions, premium memberships, or in-platform purchases required to access any part of our website.

Because no purchase is required to use RotaryQuiz, the question of refunds does not arise for the vast majority of users. You can explore all quizzes, read all articles, and use all interactive features without spending anything.

2. Future Paid Features

RotaryQuiz may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. If and when that happens, this Refund Policy will be updated to reflect the applicable terms, and users will be clearly informed of any costs before making a purchase. We will not charge for features without providing advance notice and obtaining your explicit consent.

3. Advertising

RotaryQuiz may display third-party advertisements on some pages. These advertisements are served by external ad networks and do not constitute a purchase or financial transaction between you and RotaryQuiz. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements or any transactions you make with the advertisers directly.

4. Donation or Voluntary Contributions

If RotaryQuiz accepts voluntary contributions or donations in the future, the following terms would apply:

• Voluntary contributions are generally non-refundable unless a processing error occurred on our end
• If you believe a contribution was charged in error, please contact us within 30 days and we will investigate promptly
• Approved refunds for verified errors will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a refund request related to any transaction involving RotaryQuiz, please contact us as soon as possible:

• Include your name, the date of the transaction, the amount charged, and a brief description of the issue
• We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve billing disputes quickly and without the need for a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process.
